What to do with curry peanut butter

It’s been about 10,000 years since I’ve posted. I’m going to catch up on a few farmer’s market posts first, since the outdoor market will be ending in . . . maybe 2 weeks? (BUT, there *are* plans afoot for a winter market — YAY!!!)

First, the peanut butter people, who were at the market for a few weeks, but disappeared immediately after I wrote an article about them for the paper. Hope there wasn’t a connection, and I hope to see them at a craft fair this fall. I WANT WACKY PEANUT BUTTER!

We bought white chocolate peanut butter and ate that on a spoon.

We also bought curry peanut butter.

What do you do with curry peanut butter?

I did this:

Whole-wheat crust, made with flour from the Morrill market, spread with curry peanut butter.

Add basil from market vendor Beth Everett. You can tell it was good basil. The grasshoppers liked it too.

Plus shredded carrot from the market and jalapeno peppers from our garden.

Plus some bean sprouts, green onion and chicken.

Add cheese and bake to brown doneness.

Top with sriracha and ….. ummmm yummy!!!!
